Staffing Categories

Temporary/Contingent Worker

These job assignments are usually shorter in term and allows you as the client to fill the your specific needs to staff for vacations, seasonal demands, projects and demanding business peaks throughout the year.

Temporary to Hire

Provides an opportunity for both parties to look at each other to see if they will be a fit for the long term. As the employer, if you agree to move forward with a “temp-to-hire” agreement, we will negotiate a conversion time period to transition the employee to your payroll.

Direct Hire

Applicants are requested to submit their resumes listing the “ideal” positions. We then work to match their skills and needs to just the right employer. Direct hire positions are usually full-time regular positions with benefits where the employee would be hired directly onto the your company payroll.
